Cornelius Pet Care was founded in 2014 by Andrew Hooks, who saw a real need in the Lake Norman area for trustworthy, high-quality in-home pet sitting and dog walking. What started as Andrew's vision quickly became a true family endeavor when his wife, Carol Ann Hooks, joined as a full partner. Together, as a dedicated husband-and-wife team, they built and continue to run the business with the same love and commitment they give their own pets.With over a decade of combined experience, Andrew and Carol Ann lead a passionate group of background-checked pet sitters and dog walkers who share their philosophy: every pet deserves personalized, compassionate care in the comfort of their own home. They have multiple people working for them so they make sure someone is always available. Their online booking system is also great. No need to call them or anything to schedule their service.
